En. Abdul Hafidz bin Win, is a Chartered Accountant by profession and trained at KPMG Malaysia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Universiti Utara Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 1996 (MIA 11320).
Currently the CEO of Mutiara Teknologi Sdn Bhd, he has held the position of Director of KZEN Solutions Berhad, Group Accountant of Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad, Executive Director of ENC Sdn Bhd, CEO of BCC Technology Sdn Bhd, CFO of Axis Technology Resources Sdn Bhd and Finance Director of Mutiara Teknologi (M) Sdn Bhd. He started his career as an Accountant at Renong Berhad.
His experience are in telecommunication, ICT, water treatment and construction. Hafidz has vast experience in corporate finance, change management, motivational skills, business coaching, funding, accounting, taxation, legal and business management.
His experience in the corporate world includes the management and monitoring of corporate proposals for various fund raising exercises, privatisation exercise, liaison with government agencies, financial and forecast advisory. He is also experienced in the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, internal control procedures and other operational matters to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of authorities/regulatory bodies.
Hafidz is also active in social activities where he is a Lieutenant Colonel of Malaysian Volunteer Corps Department (RELA) and a member of a few NGOs. He is a public speaker for various organisation's specialising in finance, business & personal motivation, ESG, sustainable development, entrepreneurship and e-commerce related topics.
He is a HRDC TTT certified trainer.
