3. Purpose of Infographics

i) How to use and make some of the building blocks of infographics: maps, charts and flow charts

ii) Ways data can be visualised to clarify it and give it meaning

iii) How to effectively design a good infographic by elements of: type, colour, underlying grid structure

4. Planning and Outlining

i) Things that you need to know about infographics

ii) Plan an infographic

iii) Sketch a layout of your infographic

iv) Learn to make a chart: bar, line and pie maps to pull them all together into an infographic
