The goal of SEO is to increase the quantity and quality of traffic to a website by improving its ranking in search engine results for relevant search queries.

SEO involves a range of techniques, including keyword research, on-page Optimisation, off-page Optimisation, technical Optimisation, and analytics. Keyword research helps identify the keywords and phrases that users search for when looking for relevant content. 

On-page Optimisation involves Optimising the content and HTML source code of a web page to improve its relevance and quality for specific keywords. Off-page Optimisation involves building high-quality backlinks from other websites to improve the website's authority and relevance in search engine algorithms. Technical Optimisation involves Optimising the website's structure, speed, and other technical aspects to make it easier for search engine crawlers to index and understand the website. Finally, analytics involves measuring the results of SEO efforts and adjusting strategies accordingly.
