In today’s HR and recruitment environment, professionals are required to manage increasing volumes of information, from resumes and job descriptions to policies, reports, and internal communications. Participants will learn how to use these tools to streamline tasks such as resume screening, interview preparation, policy interpretation, and report writing. Through guided hands-on activities, participants will gain confidence in applying AI to support decision-making, while understanding the importance of ethical use, data confidentiality, and human oversight—critical in HR functions.
